Actor Nargis Fakhri recently gave a strong yet graceful response to an ageist remark on her latest social media video, reminding both fans and trolls that aging is not only natural but also something to be embraced.

The Rockstar actor recently posted a fun and fashionable reel on Instagram, set to the trending track ‘Dame Un Grrr’ by Fantomel and Kate Linn. In the video, Nargis transitions from a casual look—wearing a tank top, jeans, and no makeup—to a glamorous appearance in a figure-hugging grey dress.
While numerous fans flooded the post with admiration, one user chose to highlight signs of aging, commenting, “Damn she looks old…we really are growing up.” Instead of brushing it off, Nargis responded directly—with confidence and a touch of humour. She replied, “Yes u are LOL (laughing emoji) embrace it.”
Many fans rallied behind Nargis in the comments, voicing their support and defending her with enthusiasm. One user wrote, “She looks pretty young for 45 wdym?”.
